Five Borough has been in Business for over 7 years and supplies a wide range of residential and commercial air conditioning and heating equipment to the wholesale market across United States.

In may of 2000, Five Borough was acquired by Heat Controller Inc of Jackson, Michigan. Heat Controller Inc. is the US Distributor of Comfort-Aire Products.

Based on this new relationship Five Borough looks forward to expanding its product lines and growing the Comfort-Aire Market in New York.

Manufacturing facilities of Comfort-Aire equipment are located in Texas, Florida, New York, Tennessee, Arkansas and Toronto. Factory technicians and engineers are constantly updating product design to take advantage of new technology while attempting to keep the overall cost of Comfort-Aire equipment competitive in the marketplace.

Five borough carries replacement parts for current and where available, many out of production Comfort-Aire, Concord, Fujitsu, Goodman, Hiseer and Rheem products. This helps to assure the quickest response times where parts are required for warranty or non-warranty replacement.
