Comfort-Aire Packaged Terminal A/C provides year round comfort, room by room, for such applications as hotels, motels, apartments, nursing homes, office buildings and schools. They combine attractive appearance with state-of-the-art technology to minimize energy usage while ensuring guest comfort.
Heat Pump models operate in the heat pump mode at external temperatures down to 24 degrees F to save energy.
"Smart" Controls include built-in software for managing energy usage, unit status and performace. Front desk control and electronic temperature limiter prevent over-heating and over-cooling. For the guest, LED display and touchpad buttons are easy to understand and simple to use.
These PTAC units are designed with innovative and universal components, including standard 16" x 42" chassis, for fast, simple installation. They have the flexibility for use in new construction or renovation projects, or for replacement of competitor units. Our A/C models range in capacity from 7,000 to 15,000 BTUH.
With EERs as high as 11.6 and COPs as low as 2.9, Comfort-Aire PTACs save on energy consumption and may qualify for rebates offered by many electric power companies. Built-in energy management technology allows enhanced control of room temperatures including owner-programmed setback during periods of inactivity.
